Thankfully it's rare but we do sometimes see stray dogs, that have most likely been deliberately hurt or thrown out by their owners. Sydney, pictured here, was found wandering the streets with a broken leg. he was terrified of people when he first arrived with us.
Expensive surgery was needed to fix Sydney's leg. We gave her lots of love and care until she trusted people enough to go to a new loving home.
