If animals have given you a lifetime's pleasure, why not help ensure their future by leaving a legacy to us in your Will?
Bristol Dogs & Cats Home and the RSPCA Bristol Clinic rely on the generosity of the public to keep our doors open to animals in need, and legacies are one of our main sources of income, enabling us to plan for the future. Any amount, large or small, will be put to excellent use.
You don’t have to be wealthy to leave us money in your Will. Every penny counts when helping animals in need and a large proportion of our income comes from small legacies from caring people.
Making a Will is a straightforward and non-costly process, although it is important to obtain legal advice. Bristol Dogs and Cats Home are grateful to receive the support of local Wills and Probate experts E.L.M Legal Services. E.L.M have kindly offered to providea free Will to any supporters wishing to leave a legacy to Bristol Dogs and Cats Home, a saving of £99. For more information please call E.L.M Legal Services today on 0117 9520 698 quoting reference BDH1 or pop along to their website.
Please remember that we are an independent charity and therefore separately registered from the National RSPCA. If you want your gift to benefit local animals you must specify our registered charity number (205858) and whether you would like your legacy to be made to the RSPCA Bristol Clinic or Bristol Dogs & Cats Home.
And remember, gifts to registered charities are exempt from inheritance and capital gains taxes.
Why not visit our legacy microsite where you will have the option to download a codicil form (enabling you to make any amendments to your Will) and receive help to find a local solicitor.
